I am excited to have opened Café Brulé on April 6th, 2011. My partner and head chef, Jim Waters, and I serve American and French fusion cuisine for both country and city style appetites. Our spouses, Dwight Iverson & Heidi Waters, and children have been very supportive and we are very much a family-run business. We also serve all of our menu items on fresh baked breads. We are open 7am - 9pm every day and offer a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. We offer lots of fresh baked pastries each morning, specialty coffees, and of course lots of cake options!
