Your wedding cake should reflect the style and essence of this incredible day! I believe a couple should be able to display their own personal style and creativity when choosing or designing their wedding cake.

I believe a wedding cake should taste as good as it looks. Flavor should not be compromised. My signature icing is my homemade buttercream icing. I also offer rolled fondant and non-dairy whipped icings. I make my buttercream just as my mother showed me; with real sweetcream butter, and my fondant has a wonderful marshmallow-like taste. I have many different moist, scratch cake flavors and hundreds of different cake designs to choose from. Dates are booking up quickly, so call or email to check for date availability today!

I am excited to have opened Café Brulé on April 6th, 2011. My partner and head chef, Jim Waters, and I serve American and French fusion cuisine for both country and city style appetites. Our spouses, Dwight Iverson & Heidi Waters, and children have been very supportive and we are very much a family-run business. We also serve all of our menu items on fresh baked breads. We are open 7am - 9pm every day and offer a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. We offer lots of fresh baked pastries each morning, specialty coffees, and of course lots of cake options!
