Buttercream Designs

My Buttercream icing is still my most popular icing. It contains real sweetcream butter and milk for a fluffy, sweet topping for your cake. This frosting is applied with a spatula. I can get it very smooth, but it will still have a slightly squared top edge.

Rolled Fondant Designs

My Fondant has a marshmallow-like taste. I have done a lot of experimenting and have found this fondant to be quite flavorful! It tends to be heavier, just because of it's ingredients and texture. I apply a thin layer of buttercream to my cakes, and then roll out the fondant and lay it over the cake. This gives the cake the tell-tale contoured edge and perfect smoothness, that fondant is so well-known for!
